Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to drive transformation programs using Oracle across HCM, ERP, EPM, procurement, and more. You will shape strategy, lead design sessions, and guide delivery teams to ensure integrated, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will engage with clients, run workshops, and contribute to sales pursuits while expanding Oracle expertise across industries and platforms. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations (design, config, testing, deployment, stabilization).
• Experience leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
• Fluency in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends.

You will define business strategies, design Oracle-enabled transformations, and architect scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. The Work:

• Build Oracle solutions that transform clients' business operations
• Design and test Oracle solutions, ensuring processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security work together
• Work with project teams and clients to create solutions and transformation roadmaps
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations
• Develop trusted client relationships
• Support sales pursuits, including solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and solution reviews
• Build Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business expertise
• Travel may be required based on business need and client requirements

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience
• Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Experience leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops
• Expertise in one or more Oracle areas, including HCM, ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, SCM, Manufacturing, CX, Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, Data Management, Integration, OCI, AI, or industry solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solution designs
• Fluency in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends
• Understanding of integration, reporting, security, data conversion, and testing
• Experience supporting proposals, estimation, solution reviews, and sales pursuits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
