Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Solution Architect to transform client operations using Oracle solutions across HCM, ERP, EPM, and more. You will design scalable Oracle-enabled transformations, lead architecture discussions, and drive transformation roadmaps while building strong client relationships and supporting sales pursuits.

The role requires at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience, proven capability in full lifecycle delivery, and leadership in workshops and proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience
• Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Experience leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops
• Expertise in one or more Oracle areas, including HCM, ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, SCM, Manufacturing, CX, Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, Data Management, Integration, OCI, AI, or industry solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solution designs
• Fluency in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends
• Understanding of integration, reporting, security, data conversion, and testing
• Experience supporting proposals, estimation, solution reviews, and sales pursuits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
