Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced architect in GCC Technology Solutioning to lead cross-industry GCC pursuits and shape value-led solutions. You will analyze client requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft compelling business cases and driving excellence across the GCC lifecycle.

You will engage with Sales Pursuit, Delivery teams, and SMEs across Consulting, Talent, Legal and Operations to assemble inputs and present winning value propositions.

• Deep understanding of GCC setup and transformation approaches; sourcing and operating models.
• Expertise in value-led solutioning, deal commercials and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning on GCC pursuits, including business case development and feasibility assessments.
• Drive GCC lifecycle from setup to transfer, operating model design, talent strategies, cost structures and deal commercials.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to translate client requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to stitch together a winning value proposition.
• Drive thought leadership and evangelism of GCC capability in internal and external forums.

Role Description

As an architect in GCC Technology Solutioning capability, you will have the accountability for solutioning cross-industry and cross-market GCC pursuits, contribute to GCC offering build out and drive excellence and thought leadership. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and crafting as well as presenting winnable value-led solutions.

Lead solutioning on multiple GCC pursuits spanning business case development, feasibility assessment, GCC lifecycle from setup to transfer, operating model design, talent strategies, cost structures and deal commercials

Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to translate client requirements into winnable and deliverable solutions that underpin the client value proposition and business case

Work with cross-functional teams, global offering leads as well as SMEs from Consulting, Talent, Legal, Operations, Facility, Corporate Functions to orchestrate inputs and stitch together the value proposition

Drive thought leadership and evangelism around GCC capability in various internal and external forums

Must have skills

• Very strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to deliver impactful messages


• Deep understanding of GCC setup and transformation approaches, sourcing and operating models, talent strategies, delivery methodologies, tooling and assets


• Subject matter expertise in value-led solutioning including hands on experience with deal commercials and pricing structures


• Deep understanding of SLAs and KPIs


• Ability to deliver outsized outcomes as an individual contributor


• Sound understanding of business fundamentals and ability to craft a business case


• Should have influencing and advisory skills


• High proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
