Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of our cloud services, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) platforms.
- Implement and maintain access controls to safeguard our systems and data, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other teams to define and enforce IT access rights management processes and procedures.
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve access rights discrepancies or violations.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights for various systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees on IT-related matters, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and effectively, and coordinate disaster recovery plans.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT administration and cloud computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on cloud computing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing access rights and permissions.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and security practices.
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
