Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Experience with ticketing system and opening/closing problem tickets
  2. IT Asset Management
  3. Installation and troubleshooting of OS
  4. Configuration of network printers, share folder access and mapping
  5. Remote access troubleshooting, voice support
  6. Configuring SSL VPN (Cisco AnyConnect, FortiClient, Pulse) and troubleshooting
  7. Managing the User account and Computer account with its policy and profiles in AD
  8. Knowledge on Microsoft O365 Admin
  9. Assembling and disassembling computers
  10. Installation and troubleshooting issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers
  11. End user support for Windows 10, Office O365 products running on desktops and laptops
  12. PC and laptop swaps and re-imaging to resolve problems for users
  13. Basic knowledge on networking
  14. Good communication skills
  15. Provide both on-site and remote IT support
  16. Troubleshoot LAN/WIFI connectivity
  17. Knowledge on configuring Polycom phones and VC
  18. Experience on Microsoft Exchange tools: creating mailbox, mail contact, migration etc.
  19. Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP
  20. Experience in installing VMs and troubleshooting
  21. Coordinate with vendors to get remote support for laptop hardware issues

  1. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Strong customer service background

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. 3 – 9 years of experience
  2. Degree – BSc, BCom or BE
