IT Specialist – Tools Lead part of the India Infrastructure Services team will support company regions for the Data Center related tools and technologies. He / she will be an experienced IT Specialist with expertise in Tools Strategy, evaluation, deployment, product selection, architecture/design, with a strong background in IT infrastructure technologies such as operating systems, storage, and databases. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of effective tools strategies and infrastructure solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Your role will involve evaluating, selecting, and deploying tools and technologies, as well as providing architectural and design guidance for IT infrastructure components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in enhancing the organization’s IT capabilities and drive various projects around tools.

• Implement and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) to proactively monitor and ensure optimal performance of the data center environment.
• In-depth understanding of platforms and tools like Nagios, SCCM/MECM/Satellite and so on.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IT infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, storage, and databases.
• Provide architectural and design recommendations for IT infrastructure components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of tools and infrastructure components.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
