Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Maharashtra is seeking a Costing/Estimating professional with mechanical engineering background to support RFQ responses. You will analyze machining processes, cost drivers, and create costing sheets to support bid decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under time pressure to meet RFQ SLAs. You will coordinate with internal teams and respond to customer inquiries while ensuring accuracy in cost

Qualifications

• B.E/ B. Tech (Mechanical/ Production) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; working knowledge of costing/estimation preferred
• 3 - 5 Years Experience
• Good understanding of machining processes (CNC/VMC/HMC) and cost drivers for machined parts
• Working knowledge of zero-based costing and cost estimation methods
• Strong MS Excel skills for costing sheets, RFQ trackers and variance analysis
• Analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of inventory/stock management and reconciliation
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and respond to customer RFQs
• Ability to work under time pressure to meet RFQ response SLAs
