Description

• We expect you contribute to a multi-faceted software suite based on C/C++.
• You will be joining the design and validation of RF calibration/testing algorithms.
• You will be working on leading wireless standards and will be responsible for the design, validation and optimization of RF system level performance.
• You will analyze results in conjunction with multi-functional teams to identify and root cause RF issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required, plus 2 years of industrial experience in RF / Wireless Industry
• Excellent fundamentals or proven experience in C/C++, Python or a similar language.
• Good knowledge of RF fundamentals and communications theory.
• Good understanding and experience with RF Transceiver Blocks, Communications theory, RF Parameters
• Familiarity with RF/Wireless test equipment and associated RF measurements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and scalable software design principles.
• Deep understanding of the Protocol for one or more of the wireless technologies(e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, UWB).
• Previous experience leading or managing the team/ folks is desired but not a must.
• Experience in developing test solutions/systems.
• Familiarity with data processing and statistical tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skill.
• Energy and aim to thrive in a start-up like environment.
