Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking an experienced RF design engineer to lead end-to-end development of analog and mixed-signal RF front end modules, with emphasis on signal integrity, power integrity, and impedance analysis.

Responsibilities include simulations, regulatory compliance, antenna matching, BLE/ZigBee/Wi‑Fi module design, lab validation with spectrum analyzers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust production-ready designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RF Design.
• Experience in EMI/EMC, antenna design, SI and thermal analysis.
• Regulatory compliance experience for RF modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, simulation, and verification of analog and mixed-signal RF circuits.
• Ensure signal and power integrity and impedance analysis.
• Perform advanced simulations to meet specifications and compliance.
• Document design methodologies, specs and outcomes.
• Multi-radio front end and radio optimisation.
• RF matching, filter design and antenna matching.
• Lab validation with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, RF generators.
• Prototype board bring-up, validation, and characterization.
• Handover design to manufacturing and production test planning.
• Document design, test plans and results.
• Support customer issue debugging and field requirements.
• RF performance evaluation, calibration, and optimization.
• Link budget and harmonics analysis.
• Tuning and optimization of RF front end.
• Understand physical layer standards and radio chip behaviour.

Job description

Candidate shall have experience in handling multiple end to end product project around RF design, analysis, testing, calibration, regulatory compliances and release of products for commercial deployments

Relevant experience of 3+ years in RF Design.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits, Signal integrity, power integrity, impedance Analysis.

Perform advanced simulations and analyses to ensure exceptional circuit performance and compliance with specifications.

Create comprehensive documentation of design methodologies, specifications, and outcomes.

Multi radio front end and radio optimisation.

5. Extensive knowledge on RF matching, filter design and antenna matching.

Conversant with lab equipment like Spectrum Analyzer, Network analyser, RF Signal generators , IQXEL, MT8852 etc.

Experience on EMI/EMC, Antenna design, Signal Integrity and Thermal Analysis will be a key skill.

Design and develop Regulatory certified BLE, ZigBee, Wi-Fi modules.

Work closely with cross functional teams to derive the design specification for Modules.

10. Prototype Board bring-up, Validation and Characterization.
