Purpose

The RevOps Adoption & Enablement Analyst is responsible for ensuring Salesforce and RevOps processes are understood, consistently applied, and effectively adopted across the business. The role focuses on stabilising and improving the as‑is, while preparing the organisation for future change by creating clear guidance, training, and communications grounded in how Salesforce actually supports business processes today. This is a business enablement and adoption role, not a technical configuration, project delivery, or change management execution role. There will be a requirement to align to other time zones as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce & RevOps Enablement (As‑Is Focus)
Develop and maintain clear, role‑based guidance on how Salesforce and RevOps processes are used in practice
Document “how the system works today” from a user perspective (including approved workarounds where relevant)
Translate complex processes into simple, consumable materials (guides, visual flows, FAQs)
  • Training & Knowledge Management
Design and deliver regular, lightweight training aligned to user roles and responsibilities
Establish and maintain a centralised, trusted source of enablement materials
Refresh training and guidance as processes or standards change
Reduce dependency on ad‑hoc, reactive support through proactive enablement
Partner with Learning and Development to make the materials available
  • Communications & Change Readiness
Support Salesforce and RevOps changes through clear, timely communications
Partner with Process & Governance and Roadmap roles to:
    prepare users for upcoming changes
explain what is changing, why, and what it means for them
Ensure communications focus on practical impact, not technical detail
  • Adoption Insight & Feedback Loops
Monitor and assess adoption, pain points, and common user issues
Use insights from: support queries training feedback user engagement to inform improvements to guidance, training, and future change planning
Act as the voice of the user in RevOps design discussions
  • Collaboration Across RevOps
    Work closely with:
Salesforce Process & Governance Analyst (to align guidance with standards and controls)
RevOps Lead (to reflect operating‑model decisions in enablement materials)
RevOps Roadmap & Planning role (to support readiness for upcoming change)
Reinforce governance standards through education and clarity, not enforcement
  • Improve consistency, confidence, and understanding in Salesforce usage
Reduce avoidable support requests and user frustration
Support audit and control objectives through clear guidance and repeatable behaviour
Enable effective adoption of both current‑state and future‑state processes
  • Act as a project or change delivery manager
Own process design or operating‑model decisions
Replace formal training delivered by external partners or programmes (where applicable)
  • Does not own Salesforce configuration or technical build
Essential Experience
  • Experience working in a Salesforce‑enabled business environment
  • Strong ability to explain complex processes simply and clearly
  • Experience creating user guidance, training materials, or operational documentation
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and RevOps
  • Strong attention to detail and user empathy
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting system or process adoption initiatives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce concepts and terminology (user‑level, not configuration)
  • Experience working with governance, audit, or regulated environments
  • Experience using tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar documentation platforms
Personal Attributes
  • Practical, user‑focused, and pragmatic
  • Clear communicator with a bias for simplicity
  • Curious about how processes work in reality, not just on paper
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with ambiguity
  • Proactive and improvement‑oriented
