Résumé du poste

DigitalOcean in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator to own the front line of our GTM stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Planhat, and DealHub. You will keep queues moving, unblock users, and maintain system health while collaborating with senior engineers.

You'll grow toward GTM architecture and AI-powered operations, gaining exposure to the full stack and taking on bigger problems as you demonstrate ownership.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce or comparable GTM/business systems in a production environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals: users, profiles/permission sets, reports, flows (reading and basic edits), and data loading.
  • Exposure to at least one other GTM tool category — sales engagement, CS platforms, marketing automation, or enrichment — and eagerness to learn the rest of the stack.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts: you form hypotheses, test them methodically, and write up what you found so others can follow it.
  • Service orientation: you communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, set expectations, and follow through.
  • Attention to detail with permissions and data — you understand that access and data changes in production carry real risk.
  • Comfort using AI assistants in daily work, and curiosity about where they can do more.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress) is a plus.
  • Ability to work EST hours.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor and triage the request queue (Jira): categorize incoming requests from Sales, Support, Marketing, and Partner teams, resolve what you can, gather missing details, and route the rest to the right owner with clear context
  • Handle day-to-day administration: user provisioning and deprovisioning across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Planhat, and others), license management, permission updates, and access requests
  • Diagnose errors and sync issues: investigate Salesforce flow errors, integration failures, and data sync mismatches; resolve known issues using runbooks and elevate new ones with a clear write-up of what you found
  • Complete standard configuration work: field additions and mapping updates, report and dashboard requests, list view and layout changes, picklist maintenance, and routine data loads
  • Support data hygiene: identify and fix duplicates, misrouted records, and enrichment gaps flagged by users or monitoring
  • Maintain documentation: keep runbooks, FAQs, and how-to guides current as you resolve issues, so common problems get faster to fix each time
  • Use AI tools in your daily work (Claude, MCP-connected tools) to speed up diagnosis, drafting, and repetitive tasks — and flag opportunities where automation could remove work entirely
  • Learn continuously: shadow senior engineers on project work and grow toward owning small enhancements end to end

Description du poste

Job Description:

Dive in and do the best work of your career at DigitalOcean. Journey alongside a strong community of top talent who are relentless in their drive to build the simplest scalable cloud. If you have a growth mindset, naturally like to think big and bold, and are energized by the fast-paced environment of a true industry disruptor, you’ll find your place here. We value winning together—while learning, having fun, and making a profound difference for the dreamers and builders in the world.

Revenue Operations, part of DigitalOceans Revenue Organization, owns the systems that power our go-to-market motion — Salesforce at the center, connected to sales engagement (Outreach), customer success (Planhat), CPQ (DealHub), enrichment (Clay, Sumble), and our Snowflake data layer. Were hiring a Revenue Systems Administrator to be the front line of that stack: keeping the request queue moving, keeping users unblocked, and keeping the systems healthy day to day.

This is a great role for someone a few years into their systems career who wants to grow into GTM architecture and AI-powered operations. Youll get exposure to the entire stack, work alongside senior engineers, and steadily take on bigger problems as you demonstrate ownership.

What Youll Do
  • Monitor and triage the request queue (Jira): categorize incoming requests from Sales, Support, Marketing, and Partner teams, resolve what you can, gather missing details, and route the rest to the right owner with clear context
What Youll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce or comparable GTM/business systems in a production environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals: users, profiles/permission sets, reports, flows (reading and basic edits), and data loading
  • Exposure to at least one other GTM tool category — sales engagement, CS platforms, marketing automation, or enrichment — and eagerness to learn the rest of the stack
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts: you form hypotheses, test them methodically, and write up what you found so others can follow it
  • Service orientation: you communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, set expectations, and follow through
  • Attention to detail with permissions and data — you understand that access and data changes in production carry real risk
  • Comfort using AI assistants in daily work, and curiosity about where they can do more
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress) is a plus
  • Ability to work EST hours
What Success Looks Like
  • First 90 days: You own the request queue: intake is triaged daily, provisioning requests turn around quickly, and stakeholders know their requests wont fall through the cracks
  • First 6 months: You resolve most tier 1 issues independently, your error write-ups make escalations faster to fix, and documentation is measurably better than when you started
  • First year: Youve taken on small enhancement projects end to end and are ready to grow toward senior-level project ownership
