Job summary

Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi is seeking a proactive Reservations Analyst / Front Office Team Leader to ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The ideal candidate will hold a hospitality or tourism qualification, bring at least two years of relevant experience in a larger operation, and demonstrate strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Analyst or Front Office - Team Leader in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
