Responsibilities

• Develop TDM Strategies: Define and implement comprehensive strategies for test data management, including provisioning, governance, and security policies.
• Create and Manage Test Data: Generate, subset, and provision synthetic or masked test data from production environments to meet testing needs.
• Ensure Data Security and Compliance: Implement data masking and other techniques to protect sensitive data (like customer PII) and ensure compliance with retail and data protection regulations.
• Automate Processes: Design and implement automated workflows for test data generation, refresh, and delivery to improve efficiency and speed up testing.
• Maintain Data Quality and Accuracy: Monitor test data usage and quality, resolving any issues related to accuracy or availability to ensure reliable test results.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to understand data requirements and ensure successful end-to-end data delivery for testing.
• Report on TDM Metrics: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on data quality, availability, and utilization to highlight risks and demonstrate progress.
