Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamluk for a Retail Sales Associate Trainer. The Retail Sales Associate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to retail sales associates. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, providing feedback, and ensuring associates have a strong understanding of product knowledge, retail sales techniques, customer service, and sales communication.
