Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Architect at Beyondcolor Surface Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop store design concepts and strategies.
2. Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information on store layout, space utilization, and customer flow.
3. Creating detailed store layout plans, including floor plans, fixture placement, and signage.
4. Developing 3D renderings and visual presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
5. Sourcing and selecting materials, finishes, and furniture for store fixtures and displays.
6. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in store design and visual merchandising.
7. Collaborating with store operations teams to optimize store layouts and improve customer experience.
8. Designing experience centres for textures, including creating mood boards, visual merchandising, mock-ups with new textures and materials, and developing retail identity for franchise stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in relevant software development and integration tools
• Knowledge of materials
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Experience in surface design or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
