Core Responsibilities Include:

  1. Creating value for our shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
  2. Effectively manage a Yum-owned restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
  3. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
  4. Control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  5. Interview and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train.
  6. Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
  7. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.
  9. Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
  10. Champion recognition and motivation efforts.

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant General Manager position will possess:
