Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant/Team Lead for the Responsible AI CoE to drive high‑quality AI risk assessments across traditional and GenAI projects. You will lead reviews, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Delivery Leads, Legal, and Compliance to align with Responsible AI principles.

The role requires identifying ethical, technical, privacy, security, and governance risks, delivering mitigations, and building capability in a global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, AI, data science, risk, compliance, governance, or technology advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts including Generative AI and Agentic AI lifecycle.
• Review Agentic AI and GenAI Solutions architectures for emergent risks from Responsible AI standpoint.
• Provide evaluation and advice on RAI mitigation strategies for Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
• Represent RAI CoE in stakeholder discussions as senior reviewer and mentor new recruits.

• Validate RAI screening with detailed assessments for Responsible AI on traditional and Generative AI use cases.
• Review use cases against Accenture’s Responsible AI principles and internal standards.

• Prepare clear assessment outputs and mitigation recommendations with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Delivery Leads, Legal, Compliance, and RAI SMEs in end-to-end reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RAI processes and templates.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience in analytics, AI, data science, risk, compliance, governance, or technology advisory roles.
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts and model lifecycle.
• Review Agentic AI and GenAI Solutions architectures for emergent risks from Responsible AI standpoint.
• Provide deeper technical evaluation and advice on RAI mitigation strategies for Agentic AI and GenAI Solutions.
• Represent RAI CoE in stakeholder discussions as senior reviewer. Provides training for new recruits. Support in preparation of GenAI/Agentic models POVs.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with diligence.
• Ability to clearly communicate risks and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross functional or global teams.

Experience (Proven Experience):

• 4-8 years of experience in analytics, AI, data science, risk, compliance, governance, or technology advisory roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across diverse global teams

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

You May Also Need:

• Direct exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI tools/frameworks, with practical understanding of AI model lifecycle best practices.
• Good exposure to Responsible AI, AI ethics, model risk management, or compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, risk assessment, or regulatory concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Python, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis, documentation, and presentation needs.

Job Summary:

The Consultant/Team Lead – Responsible AI CoE leads and oversees Responsible AI screenings and detailed assessments for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI work products, ensuring high‑quality evaluation and guidance. The role provides senior‑level expertise in identifying AI‑related ethical, technical, privacy, security, and governance risks while mentoring junior team members and performing quality reviews. As a key reviewer, the Consultant collaborates closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment with Accenture’s Responsible AI principles and standards. Additionally, the role contributes to capability building, refinement of RAI processes, and supports development of advanced RAI viewpoints for emerging GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:

• Support reassessments, clarifications, and report walkthroughs as required.Collaborate with stakeholders including Delivery Leads, Legal, Compliance, and RAI SMEs as part of the end-to-end RAI review process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RAI processes, templates, and knowledge assets.

This role sits within Accenture’s Responsible AI team, part of the Ethics & Compliance Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.
