What You Will Do

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team focuses on sub-deals such as Application Hosting Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Intelligent Automation. You should understand foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including concepts, techniques, and tools to use AI effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for marketing and customer data.
• Integrate data from CRM, ad networks, web analytics, and campaign systems.
• Build data models to support segmentation, attribution, and campaign performance tracking.
• Optimize data storage and processing using cloud data warehouses.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with privacy standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, typically creating new solutions and adapting existing methods when necessary. The individual should align with the strategic direction set by senior management regarding team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads, and the individual will generally interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
