Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Computational Science Specialist to join the Technology for Operations team in India. You will test AI/GenAI solutions, validate workflows, and ensure robust API integrations while collaborating with AI engineers to improve AI quality.

Required 7–11 years in QA/Automation testing with AI/ML exposure, strong Python skills, and knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms. This role may involve rotational shifts and on-site work in Gurugram, Haryana.

Qualifications

• Test LLM-based and GenAI applications for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Validate agentic and multi-agent workflows (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, tool calling).
• Perform API and integration testing for AI services and downstream systems.
• Conduct bias, safety, and Responsible AI testing.
• Execute performance, scalability, and reliability testing for AI systems.
• Build and maintain automated AI test suites using Python.
• Integrate AI testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to debug and improve AI quality.
• 7–11 years of QA/Automation Testing experience with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI.

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.

What are we looking for?

• 5–7+ years in QA / Automation Testing, with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with LLMs, prompt testing, and agentic frameworks
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and non-deterministic AI behavior Roles and Responsibilities:
