Job summary

HealthMap Diagnostics Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon seeks an attentive clinical coordinator to oversee safety during contrast CT/MRI procedures and lead radiology staff. You will screen histories, manage emergencies, and ensure patient comfort while maintaining strict safety protocols.

The role requires 0-2 years in radiology/oncology/nuclear medicine, MBBS, and a patient-centered, team-oriented mindset. Preference for candidates from Gurgaon and local familiarity with emergency response processes.

Qualifications

• MBBS (HMC is preferred). Gurgaon candidates will be given preference.
• 0-2 years experience (radiology/oncology/nuclear medicine preferred)
• Patient-focused, responsible, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Screen medical histories, allergies, and kidney function before contrast CT and MRI scans.
• Verify MRI contraindications like pacemakers or metallic implants to ensure safety.
• Counsel anxious patients regarding diagnostic procedures.
• Oversee technicians and nursing staff during IV cannulation and contrast media administration.
• Diagnose and treat adverse contrast reactions ranging from mild rashes to anaphylactic shock.
• Terminate cardiac tests immediately if chest pain or dangerous arrhythmias occur; act as clinical first responder.
• Direct technicians, guards, and support staff during emergencies or critical patient transfers.
• Ensure staff restock the emergency crash cart and defibrillator daily.
• Review critical pathology reports and alert referring physicians.

• Review critical pathology reports and coordinate with lab staff to alert referring physicians.
