Role & Responsibilities

• Effectively interface with patients and attendants, coordinating all matters related to the provision of health services.
• Provide need-based assistance in selecting the type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
• Practice evidence-based medicine with awareness of patients' conditions, proper evaluation, and determining appropriate treatment lines as per the concerned consultant's guidance.
• Document patient files, prescriptions, and requisitions clearly and completely.
• Assist consultants in carrying out procedures as per hospital protocols.
• Generate reports on tests and procedures performed, including operation notes and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate timely with other specialties.
• Maintain grooming, punctuality, and adhere to company policies and practices.
• Be fully aware of the hospital's Disaster Management Programme (DMP).
• Comply with service quality processes, environmental, occupational issues, and policies of the respective area.
• Follow patient safety policies diligently.
• Ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal.
• Discharge duties punctually and responsibly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBBS with at least 1 year of experience.
• Comfortable working in shifts.
