Job summary

Intrepid Travel in India seeks a Reservations Supervisor based in Gurugram, Haryana to lead the Reservations team and bring India trips to life.

You will manage bookings for accommodation, transport and activities, ensure supplier confirmations, accurate records, and strong relationships with suppliers to support Tour Leaders before departures, while mentoring the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the Travel industry.
• Experience leading a team to success through coaching and training.
• Strong local destination knowledge.
• Proven experience with reservations systems and ticketing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reservations team and manage bookings across trips.
• Ensure bookings are confirmed with suppliers and recorded accurately.
• Build strong supplier relationships and support Tour Leaders before departure.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you'll lead our Reservations team and help bring our India trips to life!

You’ll play a key role in managing accurate and timely bookings for accommodation, transportation (train & flight) and activities across our scheduled trips. You’ll make sure bookings are confirmed with suppliers, recorded correctly across our systems, and readily available. You'll also build strong relationships with suppliers and help ensure Tour Leaders have everything they need before departure.

This role is more than just reservations: you’ll collaborate with our Sales, Operations and Product teams, solving booking and costing queries, and finding practical solutions along the way. Making use of your leadership skills, you’ll develop and mentor a talented team, fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work.

Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to the success of our trips. Every booking you make helps bring Intrepid's purpose-led adventures to life across the region!

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Gurugram, Haryana.
