Biopatrika is seeking a Research Scientist in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to join the Cell & Gene Therapy Analytical Development team. The candidate will perform physicochemical characterization of plasmid DNA, AAV, and Lentiviral vector products using techniques such as SEC-HPLC, CE-SDS, AUC, DLS and AEX-HPLC.

The role requires a PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field with 0-3 years of experience and will involve collaboration within the development team to advance

Qualifications

• PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 0-3 years of post-PhD experience.
• Strong foundation in physicochemical and biophysical characterization techniques.

Responsabilités

• Characterize plasmid DNA, AAV, and Lentiviral vector products using physicochemical methods.
• Apply SEC-HPLC, CE-SDS, AUC, DLS, and AEX-HPLC for product characterization.
• Collaborate with Cell & Gene Therapy Analytical Development team to support development and characterization activities.
