Job summary

PI Industries Ltd in UDAIPUR is seeking a Research Scientist - Analytical to assist in analytical method development within safety and environmental rules. The role covers raw materials and finished product analysis, generating COAs, and compiling documents, with proactive troubleshooting.

Required: Master in Organic Chemistry and 1–5 years in agro/fine chemicals or pharma-API sectors. You will support R&D and manufacturing with data interpretation, instrument calibration, and timely reporting

Qualifications

• Master in Organic Chemistry from a reputed University / Institute.
• 1-5 year experience in agro chemicals / fine chemicals / pharma-API / specialty chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analytical method development as per planning.
• Coordination with R&D for analytical support / development.
• Authenticity of the result generated.
• Troubleshooting.
• Data interpretation skills.
• Analytical support to kilo lab / pilot plant / manufacturing site during technology transfer.

Position Purpose

• The Position will be responsible for assisting in analytical method development of assigned project within given timeframe as per Safety and Environmental rules.
• Raw materials and finished products analysis. Generating COA and compiling documents. Proactiveness to trouble shoot any complexity during analysis

Strategic Responsibilities

• To understand the analytical scope of the project assigned.
• Inputs in planning of analytical support to R&D and Plant
• Timely calibration of assigned instruments
• Proper house- keeping and use of PPE’s.
• Use relevant MSDS for safe handling and disposals of toxic chemicals

Operational Responsibilities

• Assist in analytical method development as per planning.
• Co-ordination with R&D for analytical support / development
• Authenticity of the result generated.

• Data interpretation skills
• Analytical Support to kilo lab/pilot plant/manufacturing site during technology transfer
