Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking a diligent research associate to conduct experiments for new product development and process improvement in our lab in Uttar Pradesh, India.

The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and validating chemical formulations and manufacturing processes, as well as performing chemical analysis and interpreting results to drive innovative solutions.

1+ year of lab experience and familiarity with analytical instruments will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of research or laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, AAS, or similar laboratory equipment.
