Job summary

Hrizen Techno Services seeks an experienced investment research professional to conduct in-depth analysis of mutual funds, PMS and AIFs, track performance, and provide actionable insights for internal teams.

You will collaborate with AMCs and the product team to refine offerings, stay ahead of market trends, evaluate financial software, and develop training sessions for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance or equivalent; CFA/CA preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in investment research or related field.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

The role involves conducting in-depth research on investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs, tracking their performance, and providing actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams and AMCs to develop and refine products, stay updated on market trends, and deliver training sessions. Additionally, evaluate financial software for automation to enhance research efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis and prepare detailed reports on Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs
• Track and analyze the performance of existing investment products, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Analyze new investment products entering the market and assess their suitability for our client base.

Collaboration with Product Team:

• Collaborate with the product team to design and refine investment products aligned with market opportunities and client needs.
• Work closely with AMCs to evaluate new products and enhance existing offerings.

Market Insights and Strategy:

• Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide timely and relevant insights impacting investment strategies.

Technology and Automation:

• Evaluate various financial software solutions for data management and automation of research activities.

Team Training:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new research findings, market trends, and product updates.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand new products and client requirements.
• Minimum Degree: Post Graduation ( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CA would be preferred).
• Good understanding of Capital Markets.
• Minimum Experience – 5-6 years of Experience.
