What You’ll Do

• Partner with leadership to brainstorm and validate new product concepts based on trends, market gaps, and customer needs.
• Lead the design, material selection, and technical development of new footwear lines.
• Oversee prototyping, fit testing, and performance validation to ensure top-notch comfort, style, and durability.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless handover from design to manufacturing.
• Monitor competitor products and emerging global trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Identify and test innovative materials, techniques, and technologies that can differentiate our products in the market.
