Job summary

Lupin in Pune, MH invites a Research Associate - Pharma Analytical to join our analytical laboratory. You will perform analysis and review of projects using instrument techniques such as GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS, and IC, support lab activities, prepare SOPs, and contribute to method development and validation while ensuring GLP, EHS, and safety compliance.

You will calibrate instruments and maintain SOPs, coordinate with teams to meet timelines, and train colleagues when required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmacy is required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with GLP and laboratory SOPs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review projects using techniques such as GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS and IC.
• Support analytical activities in the laboratory.
• Prepare and review SOPs for analytical work.
• Develop and validate analytical methods; prepare protocols and study reports.
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ activities for instruments and ensure instrument maintenance.

Job Description

• Analysis and Review of projects by various techniques (e.g. Extractable and Leachable study by using instruments like GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS, IC, and other instruments) within the laboratory.
• Supporting on all analytical activities in laboratory.
• Preparation / review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Responsible for analytical method development, validation, preparation of protocol and study reports.
• Involving in the IQ/OQ/PQ activities performed for different instruments in Laboratory.
• Calibration and maintenance of instruments as per SOP according to the GLP practices.
• Effective utilization of all available resources like instruments, apparatus etc.
• Ensure and follow Good Laboratories practice, EHS and Safety policies.
• Coordination with team members, superiors and subordinates within the group and across all relevant groups (customers) to achieve target timelines.
• Whenever required give training to subordinates / colleagues to upgrade their knowledge and current requirements.
• Review of Analytical data and test results.
• Support to Manufacturing site for various activities.

Work Experience

2 to 5 yrs of relevant experience.
