Job summary

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd is seeking a diligent research analyst to track sectors and companies, compile data, and support financial modelling. The role involves culling data from Bloomberg and other databases, and assisting senior analysts with initiation notes and quarterly updates.

The candidate will engage in primary research, channel checks, and roadshows, with a focus on delivering clear, well-structured analyses for buy-side interactions.

Qualifications

• CA or CFA qualification preferred for the role.
• Strong research and financial modelling exposure.
• Experience with financial databases like Bloomberg is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research - tracking sectors and companies.
• Culling data using databases such as Bloomberg.
• Assist in financial modelling and valuations.
• Support preparation of initiation notes, quarterly result updates, and event notes.
• Interact with buy-side analysts and assist in roadshows and conferences.
