Job Summary

The Research Associate - Process RD will be responsible for the development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer of safe, robust, cost-effective, and commercially viable chemical processes. The role requires strong expertise in synthetic and process chemistry, hands-on laboratory experimentation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support successful commercialization and manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, and route scouting for new products and process opportunities.


• Design and independently execute laboratory experiments for the development of scalable and economical chemical processes.


• Optimize reaction conditions, yields, selectivity, impurity profiles, work-up procedures, and purification methods.


• Generate samples for internal and customer evaluation and establish critical process parameters for scale-up.
