Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is seeking a Research Associate – Chemical Research at its Corporate campus in Greater Noida. You will lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, manage lab operations, ensure safety, and support scale-up and plant commissioning activities.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Organic chemistry and 2–5 years of R&D experience in the fine chemicals sector, with strong data management and lab safety skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Organic chemistry.
• 2-5 years of R&D experience in the fine chemicals industry.
• Proficient in data management and lab safety.

Responsibilities

• Cost Reduction and Process Improvement of Existing Products: Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process optimizations for existing products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Continuous improvement on the key projects to keep them cost competitive.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve product quality.
• Data Entry and Document Preparation: Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R&D activities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including experimental protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and documentation.
