BITS Pilani Goa Campus invites applications for the Research Assistant (RA) position in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences for a PDA funded project titled “Right to Safe Water and Sanitation Facilities: A Study of Persons with Disabilities in West Bengal.” The project runs for 6 months with potential extension.

Essential qualification is a Master’s degree in a social science with 55% marks; M.Phil is advantageous.

Advertisement for One Research Assistant (RA) position under PDA funded project

Applications are invited for the position of Research Assistant (RA) in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, Goa for a PDA funded research project titled “Right to Safe Water and Sanitation Facilities: A Study of Persons with Disabilities in West Bengal”.

Broad area of Research: WASH and Disability

Duration of the project: 6 Months (May extend for another 2-4 months depending on availability of funds).

Fellowship Amount (Rs.): 25,000 per month (consolidated)

Last date of Application: 31 st July 2025

Accommodation: Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability and will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Institute prevailing at the time of joining of the candidate.
