Job summary

Crisil in Mumbai is seeking a valuation analyst to assist in updating monthly / quarterly valuation models, including DCF, PM and other methodologies, while compiling documentation for assumptions and comparables.

The role requires experience building valuation models, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with Deal Analysts, Investor Relations, Senior Management, and Audit teams to provide analysis and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining valuation models, including DCF, Market Approach and Option Pricing Models.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to interpret financial and valuation data.
• Understanding of alternative investment strategies across private equity and other asset classes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with valuation and data management platforms such as iLEVEL and 73 Strings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in valuation, investment analysis, or a related field.
• CFA charterholder or candidate status preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in valuation, investment analysis, or a related field

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or a related discipline or Chartered Accountant

CFA charterholder or candidate status preferred, but not required
