Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Odisha seeks a Research Analyst with 3–5 years' experience in investment research or portfolio management. A background in CA or CFA, with expertise from PMS/AIF/family office, and a focus on small- and mid-cap stocks will be highly valued.

You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, build models, generate investment insights, support portfolio decisions, and monitor performance. Hours are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, ideally in PMS, AIF, or family office.
• CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in covering small and mid-cap stocks.

Responsibilities
