Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Research Analyst with 3-5 years’ experience in investment research or portfolio management.

The ideal candidate should have CA or CFA credentials, and hands-on exposure to PMS, AIF, or family office environments, with a focus on small- and mid-cap stocks. You will perform in-depth financial analysis, build valuations and models, generate investment insights, and support the portfolio team in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

• CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, ideally in PMS, AIF, or family office.
• Strong experience in covering small and mid-cap stocks.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using financial tools and software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and asset classes.
