Job summary

Knight Frank India Private Limited is seeking an Executive - Fitout to manage snagging, plan projects and coordinate with various stakeholders at the Mumbai site. The role emphasizes disciplined team guidance and adherence to safety norms during fit-out activities.

Candidate should have 3–5 years in similar roles, a Civil Engineering background, and readiness for local mobility. Proficiency in MS Office and mobile apps is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering affiliated / recognized university by UGC, AICTE, MHRD.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Local mobility / own conveyance preferred.

Responsibilities

• To carry out snag list at site.
• To ensure zero snags before handing over the premise to the customer.
• To train and guide team members and maintain discipline.
• To plan and execute the project within the timelines.
• To coordinate between concerned stake holders for snagging / de-snagging related issues.
• To manage MIS / audits / inventory database / sampling etc. related to fitout and snagging.
• To assist resident with fit out guidelines.
• To inspect, identify, rectify and record deficiencies related to fit out.
• To inform management team on resident issues and concerns related to maintenance and fit out.
• To respond to customer / resident queries related to fit out.
• To ensure adherence to safety norms and procedures.
• To ensure work is carried out as per fit out manual.
• To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOP
