A healthcare facility in Hyderabad is seeking a Graduate (BHMS/BAMS) for a role involving patient care coordination, documentation, and assisting with medical treatments. Qualifications

  • Graduate in BHMS or BAMS healthy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

  • History taking and documentation, assessment of vitals.
  • Discussing patient history with the treating consultant.
  • Transcribing medication orders into medical records.
  • Clarifying treatment doubts for patients/families.
  • Liaison between patients and treating doctors for queries.
  • Maintaining all documentation in hard & soft copies.
  • Transcribing ultrasound scan reports into the electronic system.
  • Working as a patient care coordinator for the center.
  • Explaining procedures and pre-procedure advice to patients.
  • Educating couples about patient flow on their visits.
  • Explaining medicine instructions as prescribed.
  • Resolving patient queries about fertility solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Maintaining high standards in patient care.
Job description
Role & Responsibilities
  • History taking and documentation, assessment of vitals.
  • Discussing patients history and findings with treating consultant for formulation of a care plan.
  • Transcribing any medication or other orders given by the treating consultant into the medical record.
  • Clarifying any doubts the patient/family may have about treatment/procedure/processes at the hospital/investigation results.
  • Liaison between patients and treating doctor or administrative staff for any patient queries.
  • Transcription of discharge summaries on treating consultants directions.
  • Entering data and maintaining all documentation in hard & Soft copy for all possible records and documents (Scan Report/ Prescription/ Discharge card/ Investigations/ Referral letter / Sickness / Fitness/ Medical certificate, etc.).
  • Transcribing ultrasound scan report of patients into the electronic system.
  • To work as patient care coordinator for centre.
  • Explaining all procedures to patient as well as all pre-procedure advices to be observed by the patients before procedure.
  • Educating couple about flow of patient on various visit.
  • Explaining Medicine to Couple/Patient as per the prescription advised by the Sr. Consultant.
  • Resolve patients’ queries & brief them about various fertility solutions available.
  • Liaise with patients and other staff to ensure seamless centre operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, while maintaining the highest standards in patient care.
