Job summary

TestHiring is an AI-driven candidate evaluation platform seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the P&L for a major portfolio in an enterprise context. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align with customer stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact through AI-enabled deployments.

You will lead a team, partner with engineers and FDEs, and ensure successful onboarding, go-live, and ongoing optimization in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product, product-led delivery, P&L lead, enterprise implementation or customer success in high-growth tech/AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio, balancing revenue growth and business outcomes.
• Run feasibility analysis before signing up new customers and deployments from day one.
• Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, go-live, stabilization, ongoing success.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand goals, risks, deployment requirements, and success metrics.
• Drive product delivery, enabling customers to operationalize SquadStack's Voice AI agents.
• Plan and execute experimentation cycles, communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Forward Deployment Engineers to build custom solutions for customer requirements.
• Own internal and external reporting, driving customer health and business performance metrics.
• Drive account health, adoption, retention, and expansion readiness through strong execution.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, maintain delivery quality and customer experience.
• Hire, manage, and develop your team, building a high-performing delivery function.

Job Description

• Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio, balancing revenue growth and business outcomes, deliver quality and operational efficiency.
  
• Run feasibility analysis before signing up new customers, ensuring the right fit and setting up deployments for success from day one
  
• Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing success
  
• Engage deeply with customer stakeholders to understand goals, risks, deployment requirements, and success metrics, acting as a senior trusted partner to their teams
  
• Drive product delivery, ensuring customers can operationalize SquadStack's Voice AI agents into their day-to-day workflows with measurable business impact
  
• Plan and execute experimentation cycles, deriving and communicating results and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
  
• Work with Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) to build custom solutions tailored to individual customer requirements
  
• Own internal and external reporting, managing and driving the metrics that reflect both customer health and business performance
  
• Drive account health, adoption, retention, and expansion readiness through strong execution and consistent value delivery
  
• Identify risks early, remove blockers proactively, and maintain high standards of delivery quality and customer experience
  
• Hire, manage, and develop your team, building a high-performing delivery function over time
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience across product, product-led delivery, P&L Lead, enterprise implementation, customer success, or operations in high-growth technology/AI environments
  
• Strong experience managing complex enterprise relationships and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
  
• Good business understanding - connecting customer goals, operational execution, and long-term account success
  
• Strong technical orientation and comfort working closely with Product and Engineering teams on large-scale AI or tech-enabled deployments
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior customer stakeholders
  
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them
  
• Strong ownership mindset, high agency, and ability to build systems instead of relying only on firefighting
  
• Proven experience in team management, including hiring, mentoring and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
