Job summary

TestHiring is seeking a seasoned Production and Project Manager to oversee end-to-end production planning, execution and delivery across multiple projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to align timelines, resources and deliverables, and collaborate with engineering, operations and supply chain to optimize workflows.

The role requires a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and proficiency with PM tools such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing end-to-end production and project execution.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
