Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce lifecycle costs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design, product development, or manufacturing engineering.
