Job summary

TestHiring in Bengaluru is seeking a results-oriented Business Operations Analyst to drive growth and efficiency. You will partner with senior leadership, analyze data, and shape strategic decisions across product, marketing, operations, and finance.

You will track KPIs, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights for leadership while supporting new product launches and market expansion in a fast-paced startup environment.
