The role is within the Supply Chain Solutions Team in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Technology organization, supporting our Digital Supply Chain Strategy in Sandoz Technical Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing and translating supply chain requirements into system specifications and leading global development projects.
- Ensuring proper documentation of planning systems like Kinaxis and SAP APO.
- Participating in system testing and collaborating on test case development.
- Engaging with stakeholders to improve efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
**Job Description**
Major accountabilities:
- Analyzing business requirements to develop and implement supporting technology and processes.
- Supporting project execution alongside Technology Project Managers.
- Analyzing system performance and providing reports.
- Conducting process and data assessments, interviewing stakeholders, and modeling business processes.
- Designing future processes and driving best practice implementations.
- Authoring global supply chain user requirements and supporting application improvements.
- Collaborating with platform teams to maximize value.
- Supporting strategic planning and defining project roadmaps.
Key performance indicators:
- Project execution quality, timeliness, and cost management.
- Process efficiency and operational stability.
- Documentation accuracy and updates.
- Supporting supply chain technology projects with technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Business, or similar.
- Over 5 years of experience in the process industry, preferably pharmaceuticals, with digital technology and multinational exposure.
- At least 3 years of supply chain project management experience.
- Experience with Computerized System Validation in pharma.
- Strong skills in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Effective Communication.
- Understanding of process architecture, IT service lifecycle, and GxP environments.
