Job description

Shift timings:12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Working as a member of a team to deliver an excellent service on reporting
  • Support the Internal & external management function for Viking Cloud and its external customers
  • Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
  • Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and ad-hoc reporting for key stakeholders that provide insights into key data points
  • Visualise trends and reports utilizing MS PPT, MS Excel and Power BI
  • Monitor data to identify changes in trends
  • Effectively communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in the usage of reporting and analysing
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, writing, communications and briefing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • MS Excel proficiency (nested formulas, charts, pivot charts, data modelling in Power Query, DAX measures, VBA)
  • Ability to utilise SQL to create queries, including aggregations, and joins; understanding of CTE, stored procedures and Window function is a big plus
  • Power BI
  • Data preparation, processing and visualisation
  • Must demonstrate excellent time management and be capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong focus on details
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical people
