We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.

Job Description:

1. Handling the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing the best talent, scheduling interview calls and meetings with hiring managers and team, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
2. Sourcing through internal databases, job portals, social networking, and referrals. Job postings through LinkedIn, Naukri etc. to attract the talent pool and maintain the database for the list of targeted companies.
3. Propose hiring strategies, implement a plan of action for open positions, review requisitions on a timely basis, and close positions as per the target timelines.
4. Work closely with the Hiring Manager and respective teams to determine the hiring demands and assist in preparation of JDs.
5. Complete ownership of scheduling & interview coordination process along with the responsibility of managing & sharing feedback, candidate management.
6. Achieve operational excellence with a drive to build robust Talent Analytics & publish the weekly and monthly dashboard to the Management.

Location:

Phatak Park Apartments, 2nd Floor, 11, Karve Rd Behind SHARDA CENTER, Erandwane Pune, Maharashtra 411004.

Office timings:

9am to 6pm (5 days a week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
