Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage teleconsultation appointments between patients and healthcare providers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally
• Assist patients with registration, documentation, and basic technical guidance for teleconsultations
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details
• Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for scheduled consultations
• Resolve basic queries related to telehealth services and elevate complex issues when necessary
