• Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Level 3 escalations that require non-standard solutions.
  2. Work with the operations team to run day-to-day operations of the servers, network, ports, firewalls, etc.
  3. Manage new releases of server software, cut over, announce downtimes, and shut down some services in emergencies.
  4. Manage platform operations and reporting while working with IDC and NOC.
  5. Serve as the primary interface with the IDC shared services team.

• Skills & Competencies:

  1. Relevant experience in Telecommunications/OTT Voice.
  2. Prior knowledge and experience in an operations role.
  3. Must have experience in deploying and maintaining server hardware, particularly Red Hat Linux.
  4. Must have a good understanding of VoIP Protocols and IP Networking.
