1. Carry out joint survey along with partner and record the route detail and equipment placement detail.
2. Prepare the FSA/Fiber design and upload the same in GIS.
3. Create Material Issue Note (MIN) and issue material to the partner for execution.
4. Conduct quality audit of passive plant construction.
5. Ensure correct as-built update by Partner and data integrity in systems.
6. Complete the building RFS declaration after due testing of traces both logical and physical.
7. Finalize Preventive Maintenance activities and scheduling for F&D fiber and passive equipment.
8. Verify preventive maintenance compliance for Feeder & Distribution fiber and passive equipment.
9. Coordinate for rectification of faults, Work Order closure and compliance of TTR.
10. Resolve customer complaints and Order to Activation (O2A) issues.
11. Monitor the action taken by Partner on the Trouble Tickets assigned to Partner and ensure closure.
12. Train Partner and team on technical aspects.
13. Ensure as-built update post Trouble Ticket resolution for any insertion of element/re-routing of cables.
1. Understanding of Access fiber network (FTTx).
2. Hands-on experience in ArcGIS, Ericsson Network Engineer, Smallworld, Lepton, Q-GIS, Mapinfo or equivalent tool.
3. Ability to get corrective and preventive actions through partner as per TAT.
4. Understanding of operational practices.
5. Good knowledge of fiber network rollout and planning.
6. Be conversant with platforms such as GIS, NE, Granite & FTTx design tool.
