IT Infra Field Support Executive – Mid-Level

Job Location: Jamnagar, Silvassa, Nagothana

Experience: 2-6 years

Skills

  • CCNP/CCNA certification
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration
  • Experience in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
  • Knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 and e-Mail Services
  • Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Expertise in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Backbone design

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for IT infrastructure-related issues
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Active Directory services
  • Handle Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) requests promptly
  • Deploy and manage applications using SCCM
  • Offer support for Office 365 applications and e-Mail Services
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Design and maintain Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Backbone infrastructure

Qualification and Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):
