Job description

RELIANCE Industries is looking for a Fullstack Developer (Angular, SpringBoot, Node JS) with 4 to 12 years of experience to be based at Mumbai location.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for execution and management for IT network services.
  • Exceptional knowledge of implementation, maintaining & troubleshooting of large-scale converged network infrastructure both active & passive infra service.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC IOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, DLP, collaboration software and other end-user computing device technologies.
  • Responsible for ensuring calls closure & meeting business SLA’s.
  • Roll out of asset life cycle.
  • Abide by all pre-defined processes/policies.
  • Responsible for adhering to the IMAC processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and central support teams to ensure all calls/incidents are closed within stipulated SLA.
  • Responsible for ensuring incidents are properly resolved and these incidents are resolved/closed in the tool as per the incident management process.
  • Preparation of statutory reports & documents as per requirement.
  • Execute the policy and process as defined.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Perform and provide post-operation review report/RCA for incidents qualifying for the same.
  • Record all IMAC (Installation, Movement, Addition & Change) activities & maintain all documents as per requirement of ISO 27001.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • B.E / B.Tech (Computer, IT) with 2 – 6 years of experience with a consistent academic career.
  • Desired: ITIL Certification, Microsoft Certification, CCNP/CCNA.
  • Technical documentation skills.

Key Attributes:

  • 2– 6 years of experience handling IT infra of more than 3000 + users.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC IOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, Office 365, e-Mail services, MDM concepts for tablet and mobile devices, DLP, collaboration software and other end-user computing device technologies.
  • Wi-Fi access points, Network L2.
  • OFC backbone design; knowledge on passive infra.
  • Structured cabling & coordination with DEC for IT infrastructure design.
  • Knowledge of VoIP will be an additional advantage.
