Job summary

Amazon in Haryana (ASSPL) is seeking an RME Co-ordinator to work with service technicians, design solutions for complex problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies. You will develop plans to meet departmental and distribution goals and ensure on-time project delivery.

The role involves troubleshooting conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems, along with developing preventive maintenance programs and training plans for technicians.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical
  • Develop training plans for service technicians
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance programs
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components
  • Mentor technicians to help them achieve goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Provide enriched feedback to enhance performance
  • Raise Purchase requisition and coordinate with vendors to execute work on sites
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain records on sites

Description

The RME Co-ordinator will have the ability to work with team other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, be able to manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet time lines. Develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.

Key job responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical
  • Develop training plans for service technicians
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance programs
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders
  • PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet)
  • Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationships across all levels in the organization
  • Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
  • Raising Purchase requisition and coordinating with vendor to execute work in sites.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and maintaining records in sites.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience
